We're Hiring

We’re searching for our first executive director to lead the charge in developing the WA State Green Bank’s financing programs and building strong partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of WA State Green Bank dedicated to expanding access to clean energy and supporting resilient communities.

Washington State Green Bank, a nonprofit corporation, contracts with Public Sector Consultants (PSC) to provide staffing and management services. PSC, a nonpartisan public policy research and consulting firm, has a long history of creating and staffing entities like the Washington State Green Bank in other states. The executive director will be an employee of PSC and have support from other PSC employees that provide administrative, finance, strategic counsel, and marketing services. PSC will review candidates and select the executive director in consultation with the Washington State Green Bank board of directors.  The executive director will carry out the responsibilities noted above as directed by the board.
